We offer a free 30-minute initial consultation to help you explore whether our support is the right fit for you. If you choose to continue, sessions are from CHF 150 per hour.

Our workshops are made possible through the generous donations of participants. Coffee, tea, and snacks are available

MS & FMS Support Group

We offer a supportive self-help group for people living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Fibromyalgia (FMS). This group provides a safe and confidential space to connect, share experiences, and support each other in facing the emotional, physical, and mental challenges.

The group fosters connection, strength, and understanding. Participants can share struggles, celebrate progress,

and learn coping strategies together. Whether you need emotional support, practical advice, or just a place to be heard. This group empowers you through shared experience and collective wisdom.

You are not alone on your journey. Join our supportive, encouraging community as we face MS & FMS together with strength and resilience.

Support Group for Families of People living with

Disabilities or Chronic Illness

This group offers a safe and compassionate space for partners, caregivers, siblings, parents, and loved ones to connect, share, and support one another.

Caring for a loved one with a disability brings unique challenges. This group reduces isolation by fostering community and mutual understanding. Participants can share coping tools, emotional experiences, and helpful resources, finding strength in the knowledge that they are not alone.

We offer space for open dialogue, emotional support, and personal growth, helping family members navigate their roles with resilience and care.

Holistic Percussion Circle

Rhythms of Healing – A Holistic Drumming Experience
Purpose: To create a safe, supportive space for self-expression, mindfulness, and community through rhythm and drumming.

​

Structure

​

Welcome & Introduction (15 minutes)
Soft background drumming or nature sounds.
Short overview of the drum circle’s purpose grounding, expression, stress relief, and emotional healing.
Optional introductions and setting intentions.

​

Grounding & Breathwork (20 minutes)
Guided breathing exercises to relax body and mind.
Mindfulness practice to cultivate presence and connection.
Gentle movement and stretching to activate energy.

​

Drumming Warm-Up (10 minutes)
Demonstration of basic drumming techniques.
Call-and-response rhythms to build group energy.
Listening and nonverbal communication exercises.

Rhythmic Journey (30 minutes)
Group rhythm exploration, finding your unique beat.
Guided rhythmic meditation focusing on emotional states (e.g., grounding, creativity).
Encouragement of spontaneous, intuitive drumming.

Sharing & Closing (15 minutes)
Space to share insights, emotions, or experiences (optional).
Gratitude exercise, honoring the rhythm and group energy.
